Ava August

Ava August, then 14, performed in front of an SOLD-OUT crowd of 30,000 attendees in the Staples Center before the Los Angeles Kings hockey match. Ava August had been booked for both LA Galaxy as well as Los Angeles Dodgers, two professional teams in baseball and soccer. But COVID-19 compelled them to cancel those bookings. Ava August, at the 15 years old, became one of the most youthful performers and judges of American Idol Season 19. Ava August won the GOLDEN TICKER for her performance in the Audition Round. And, then, advancing to the Genre, Duet, Showstopper and the Celebrity/Solo The Top 15 and Top 20 Rounds. Ava got voted in the TOP 10 by the American people. Ava August sang two originals on American Idol - Neighbor Boy and Ghost of You. Ava also sang an earthshattering duet featuring internationally-acclaimed artist, Josh Groban. Ava came out with her critically acclaimed song Daybreak at age fifteen. The song was released with her first music video with animation. On the morning of 11/01/20, Daybreak was played by KX 93.5 FM along with the an hour-long Tropical Surf Hour.
