Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was known for her wide variety of roles in film, television, and theatre. The actress received many awards, including a Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who was born on May 25th 1969, and died on August 11th 2022. Her first recognition came from as the twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning her a Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s she was more well-known for her part in the movie Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actress. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba from the 1978-1979 television show Battlestar Galactica. Her mother is actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Her professional journey began early. Her first role was in the age of four when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. This film of a short length about theme was nominated to win an academy award. She learned how to run the company with her mother during the shoot. Lockhart has also been featured in many scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. She played Joan Crawford's daughter on The Sixth Sense, a television series from 1972. Joan Crawford's final acting role. It is believed that Anne was not interested in playing Laurie Strode, the character in the horror film of John Carpenter's movie Halloween. The role was eventually given to Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claimed it was Anne's first selection for the role however she turned down the role. Anne does not remember being contact from John Carpenter nor being offered the role. Perhaps her agent turned the part down without informing Anne. Her initial choice was made to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for an appearance in the 1978 television series Battlestar Galactica. In the beginning, she didn't like the character because it seemed too weak. Glen was able to write the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The Living Legend's first 25-page script was read by Sheba and she was immediately in agreement. The show ran for just one season. Co-starring in Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
